For train schedules and tickets there are two main train companies: Trenitalia and Italo.

Rome has an extensive public transportation system, including buses, metro, and trams.

  • Metro: The fastest way to move around, with three lines (A, B, and C).
  • Buses & Trams: Operated by ATAC, with an extensive network.
  • Taxis: Available at designated taxi stands located throughout the city.
  • Walking: Many key attractions are within walking distance of the conference venue.

Rome offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to budget-friendly stays. We recommend booking early, as October is a busy period for tourism. For hotel recommendations and booking options, visit the hotels page.
