Conference Registration Fees

* This fee applies to Students and PhDs. Identification cards or similar status proofs will be asked to be provided during the registration process.

The registration fee includes: attendance to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and welcome reception on 14 October.

The ICNC2025 venue can accommodate approximately 450 participants. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach maximum capacity. Please register early to secure your spot at ICNC2025!

Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held at Galleria Doria Pamphilj on 16 October 2025.
Address: Via del Corso 305, Rome

The dinner venue can accommodate approximately 350 participants. Participants will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach maximum capacity. Please purchase your dinner ticket along with your registration fee to secure your seat at the ICNC2025 Social Dinner!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 15 July 2025 will be entitled to a full refund minus any expenses (e.g., bank charges) and EUR 50 for cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 16 July and 1 September 2025 will be entitled to a 50% refund minus any expenses (e.g., bank charges) and EUR 50 for cancellation fee. Later cancellations will not be refundend. Substitute delegates will be accepted. Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
